What to do when you feel mentally drained


I hope you had a chance to enjoy family & friends for the Memorial Day holiday. If not, I hope you at least had some time to spend with yourself.

In today’s video I want to send you some encouragement for those days when you just feel TIRED. Not sleepy…just TIRED.

Trust me, I get it. As an entrepreneur I wake up every day thinking about my business and how I can improve, help more people and make more profits. As an actress, I’m thinking about what new casting directors I can meet and where I will work next. There are days though when I don’t feel like thinking about ANY of that! I get TIRED. My brain hurts and I want to absolutely nothing. Can you relate?
